Fernanda Grande began working with the Food and Agriculture Organization in 2015. Fernanda has been working on food composition since 2009. Prior to joining FAO, she worked with the Brazilian Food Composition Database that is being completely restructured under her PhD work.  Fernanda is a member of the Food and Nutrition Research Center (NAPAN) and Food Research Center (FoRC/CEPID/FAPESP) in the University of São Paulo, Brazil. She is a skilled food composition compiler, and has experience on food composition database management. Fernanda is a Nutritionist and holds a Master in Applied Human Nutrition.
