Anna Vincent began working with the Food and Agriculture Organization in 2015.  Anna's current focus on the INDDEX project is related to the development of a comprehensive West African Food Composition Table.  Prior to joining FAO, Anna worked with the Australian food composition program at Food Standards Australia New Zealand and is an author of the Australian food composition tables, AUSNUT 2011-2013.  Anna’s previous areas of research include food safety, food processing and primary production with an emphasis on data analysis. Anna is a skilled food composition compiler, and has experience developing and matching food composition data to 24 hour recall consumption data. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MS in Agriculture.
