- Mycotoxins (e.g. aflatoxin) are a serious problem in the country that I work in and are present in the food supply. I want to assess the level of consumption of mycotoxin-contaminated food in the community I work in. How should I do that?
- How can I measure the impact of foodborne disease burden both at a national and sub-national level in the country where I work?
